Welcome to Beauty Break with Clara (shopbbwc.com). By using this website, placing an order, or interacting with our community, you agree to the following terms.
1. About Beauty Break with Clara
Beauty Break with Clara is an independent online beauty shop based in the Philippines, operated by Clara Filamor as a sole proprietorship. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or an authorized dealer of any of the brands featured on this site. All trademarks, brand names, and product images belong to their respective owners and are used here solely to describe the products being resold.
Beauty Break with Clara curates authentic luxury and indie beauty products from legitimate sources and resells them at competitive prices. Our products are sourced from official brand websites, authorized retailers (including Sephora locations in the Philippines, US, UK, Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, and Hong Kong), and through legitimate wholesale and gift-with-purchase programs.
2. Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases. The site is intended for residents of the Philippines.
3. Product Listings, Pricing, and Availability
All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, occasional errors may occur. If a product is listed incorrectly (wrong price, wrong description, or unavailable inventory), we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order with full refund.
Quantities are limited. Products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once an item sells out, it may or may not be restocked depending on supplier availability.
4. Authenticity Commitment
Every product sold at Beauty Break with Clara is personally vetted for authenticity. Batch codes and packaging are verified before listing. If you ever have concerns about authenticity, please contact us with your unboxing video and order details for personal review.
Products may be sold with or without their original outer boxes; "no box" listings are clearly labeled and reflect the savings passed on to you. All "no box" items are equally authentic and inspected.
5. Orders, Payment, and Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment via the payment methods available at checkout. We accept payments through PayMongo's secure payment gateway, which supports major credit cards, debit cards, GCash, Maya, and bank transfers.
An order is not guaranteed until you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, payment failure, or stock unavailability discovered after checkout. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the courier, destination, and package weight. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Beauty Break with Clara is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items
Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details. In summary: returns are accepted only in cases of seller error, must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery, and require a full unboxing video.
8. Intellectual Property
All original content on shopbbwc.com — including original product photography, written descriptions, and brand assets created by Beauty Break with Clara — is the property of Clara Filamor and may not be reproduced without permission.
Brand names, logos, and product images of the brands we resell remain the property of their respective trademark owners. Beauty Break with Clara makes no claim to these trademarks; they are used solely for descriptive purposes under the principle of nominative fair use.
9. Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability
Beauty Break with Clara is liable only for the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or other personal health outcomes from product use. Customers are encouraged to patch-test all skincare and makeup products before full use.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. The latest version is always posted on this page. Continued use of shopbbwc.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
