Are the products authentic?
Yes, 100%. Every product on the shelf comes from legitimate suppliers, and you're always welcome to check batch codes yourself — I want you to feel completely confident in every purchase. After all, I only stock what I'd happily use myself.
Why are your products so affordable?
Because beauty shouldn't have to cost a fortune to feel special. I source in bulk and skip the fancy packaging whenever I can, which means I get to pass those savings straight to you — same incredible products, just at a price that actually feels good to say yes to. That's why some items arrive without their original boxes (the product itself is always 100% authentic and untouched). More beauty, less guilt.
Where do you source your products?
A little bit of everywhere, honestly! I source directly from the brands' own websites, Sephora across multiple regions (PH, US, UK, Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, and Hong Kong), and trusted wholesale suppliers who purchase in large quantities directly from manufacturers and distributors. I'm always hunting for the best deal at any given moment — that way, you get the same beautiful products, just at the friendliest possible price.
What are GWPs?
GWPs (Gifts with Purchase) are those lovely complimentary items — think makeup pouches, mini sets, or branded extras — that beauty brands include when you spend a certain amount or buy specific products. My suppliers receive these in such large quantities that they're able to pass them along to resellers like me, which means I can pass the love forward to you, too. It's basically beauty's way of saying thank you.
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet! Beauty Break with Clara is online-only for now, which is part of how I'm able to offer such friendly prices — no storefront rent, no overhead, just more of the savings making their way to you. Of course, I'd love to meet you someday in person, but until then, you'll find me right here.

How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping fees cover packaging materials and courier-provided insurance, with the exact cost depending on a few things — the value of the products inside, the size of the package, and where it's headed. Every order is packaged thoughtfully before it leaves my hands, though once it's with the courier, handling and delivery are in their care. I always try to keep fees as fair as possible while making sure your beauty finds head out into the world ready for the journey.
What's your return policy?
Because every item is carefully curated and prepared just for you, all sales are considered final — but of course, if something goes wrong on my end (like the wrong item being shipped), I'll absolutely make it right.
Rest assured, every order is thoughtfully wrapped in honeycomb paper and tucked safely into a carton box before it leaves my hands. I never ship out damaged items — each piece is inspected with care before it heads your way.
A few important notes to keep in mind:
- Manufacturer defects related to a brand's quality control are outside of my control, so any concerns about the product itself would need to go directly to the brand.
- Courier mishandling during delivery is also beyond my care — once your package leaves my hands, the courier is responsible for its journey.
- To help me help you, please record a full, uncut unboxing video the moment your order arrives. This is required for any claim — videos with cuts, edits, or none at all unfortunately can't be honored.
