Shipping Policy

Beauty Break with Clara ships nationwide across the Philippines via trusted local courier partners.

Courier partners:

We ship via Lalamove, Grab Express, J&T Express, Ninja Van, and other reputable couriers based on the destination and package size. The specific courier is selected during order processing to provide the most reliable and cost-effective option for your area.

Shipping fees:

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Destination (Metro Manila, provincial Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Courier rates at the time of order

Metro Manila orders typically range from ₱100–₱250, while provincial shipping ranges from ₱200–₱500 depending on location.

Processing time:

Orders are personally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Each package is hand-wrapped in honeycomb paper and tucked safely into a carton box before being handed to the courier.

Delivery time:

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

  • Metro Manila: 1–2 business days
  • Provincial Luzon: 2–4 business days
  • Visayas and Mindanao: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on courier load, weather, and other external factors outside our control.

Order tracking:

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly with the courier or through the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Failed deliveries:

Couriers typically attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail (due to incorrect address, no available recipient, etc.), the package is returned to us. Re-delivery requires payment of the additional shipping cost.

Damaged packages or lost items in transit:

Damage caused by courier handling during transit is addressed through the courier's claims process, not through Beauty Break with Clara directly. We will assist you in filing the claim, but the final resolution rests with the courier. This is why the unboxing video is required for all claims (see Return and Refund Policy).

Special instructions:

If you have special delivery instructions (specific time, security guard pickup, etc.), please add them in the "Order notes" field at checkout.

International shipping:

Beauty Break with Clara currently ships only within the Philippines.
